Steve Amos has provided training services to this Department over a period of eight years. He has worked with us on our management development programmes and has always delivered training to a consistently high standard. He has played a particularly significant role in our recruitment interviewing skills training, adapting our core material to meet the needs of specialist groups such as lawyers. Steve has trained a number of our in-house trainers to deliver this and many of our other training programmes.
